Circus-Szalewski is back in town after a month on location as a lead in the independent horror feature, Unaware (by Marc Selz) and has worked with B movie horror icons Joe Estevez, Robert Z'Dar, and Linnea Quigley (the Queen of Screams). After 8+ years in the Chicago theatre scene performing and/or understudying with groups and directors as wide ranging as Looking Glass, Trap Door, Chicago Dramatists, Torso, Dexter Bullard, Soireé Dada, Frank Farrell, the Next, WNEP, Die Hanswurste, and Bailiwick, "Circus" went on hiatus from live performance to concentrate on voiceover and on-camera projects. Commercial and industrial credits include assorted automobiles, banks, beverages, phone and internet services, hotels, newspapers, pharmaceuticals, sporting and cultural events, environmental messages, home improvement, and yes -- batteries.

Most of these credits had a comedic angle. Children (of all ages) have enjoyed various BixPix clay animated characters voiced by C-S including Thomas Edison on Disney Channel, Puss the dog in Miss Twiggly's Tree on many PBS stations, and Squash in ToonDisney's Squash & Stretch.

Cup of My Blood marks Circus-Szalewski's fifth or seventh lead, supporting, or featured role in feature length cinema. Other credits include Slave by Noel Olken (WaiterGoneBad), Constructing Mulligan's Stew by Mark Murphy (Howling at the Moon), and Chris Roach's mockumentary about the Chicago improv scene, Laugh, Stop, Repeat (Distinguished Rascals Productions).
