John Turk is one guy who can't stay away from danger! Just a couple years ago you would find John orchestrating covert "sting" operations or interrogating some of Chicago's most despicable hoodlums as a cop.

Today, he still uses his handcuffs, but no longer on Chicago area streets; instead he's best seen (playing both the good and bad side of the law) in guest starring roles on a variety of prime-time television shows. This Chicago area cop-turned-model/actor has kept very busy since leaving the police force in 1998. The Chicagoland native and commercial print and fitness cover model may have the body and face to be named one of Cosmopolitan's 101 Most Available Bachelors in it's 1997 special issue, but he's also earned the respect of his athletic peers by winning the "Mr. Illinois" collegiate bodybuilding contest.

Aside from his natural, athletic physique and sex appeal, John has a well-educated mind and years of advanced training. He holds a Bachelor's Degree in Exercise Physiology, has completed multiple certificate programs relating to health and nutrition and has provided training and exercise programs for virtually every age group. His acting and modeling careers are extensive. He has appeared in multiple magazines, including the cover of Muscle & Fitness, Physical and Game Pro. His acting credits include numerous guest-starring appearances on prime-time series television, such as Walker, Texas Ranger, to even being cast as "Sub-Zero" in the Mortal Kombat video game. John is 5' 11", has hazel eyes, brown hair and weighs 185 lbs. To contact him for work, guest appearances, or for more information, he can be reached by e-mail: model@john-turk.com
